Summary of the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Senior Veterinarian to join our team. Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent veterinary degree from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a practicing veterinarian.
Strong surgical skills and proficiency in a variety of medical procedures.
Experience with and knowledge of a broad range of animal species.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in a veterinary practice setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with pet owners and staff.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emotionally charged situations.
Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive examinations on a variety of animals to diagnose illnesses, injuries, and diseases.
Perform surgical procedures, including spaying, neutering, and emergency surgeries.
Prescribe medications, create treatment plans, and provide follow-up care.
Conduct vaccinations, dental work, and preventative care for animals.
Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to provide seamless care.
Participate in community outreach programs to promote animal health and welfare.
Mentor junior veterinarians and guide them in their clinical practice.
Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine and integrate new treatments and technologies into practice.
Contribute to the management and leadership of the practice, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
