Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of fare collection staff to ensure accurate and efficient fare collection.

Develop and implement policies and procedures for fare collection operations.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to fare collection.
Manage the resolution of customer complaints regarding fare issues.
Prepare reports on fare collection performance and revenue.
Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and customer service, to optimize fare collection processes.
Train and evaluate staff, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure high performance.
Analyze fare collection data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
