Responsibilities
Lead the event design process, from conceptualization to execution, for a variety of events such as corporate functions, weddings, and large-scale public events.
Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and desired outcomes, and translate these into innovative and feasible event designs.
Manage a team of designers and work closely with vendors to ensure designs are executed flawlessly and on schedule.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in event design and incorporate new and creative elements into event concepts.
Develop and oversee budgets to ensure that all design elements remain within financial constraints.
Conduct site inspections to assess the space and determine necessary design adaptations.
Create detailed mock-ups and renderings for client approval and for use by other event staff.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all design-related discussions with stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and venue managers.
