Summary of the Role
The Youth Outreach Worker serves as a connector and mentor for young people in the community, providing guidance, support, and resources to help them navigate various life challenges. This role involves active engagement with youth to promote positive outcomes through education, activities, and community involvement.

Responsibilities
Engage with youth in various community settings to build trusting relationships.
Identify the needs of young people and refer them to appropriate resources and services.
Plan and facilitate educational workshops and events focused on skills-building and personal development.
Collaborate with local schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to support youth initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with youth and the outcomes of referred services.
Contribute to the development of outreach strategies to effectively reach and engage at-risk youth.
