As an Ethics Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to legal standards and maintains a high level of ethical conduct. You will be overseeing the development and implementation of policies and procedures, providing guidance on ethical matters, and promoting a culture of integrity throughout the organization.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of experience in an ethics role, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
Proven track record of designing and implementing ethics programs.
Strong understanding of legal compliance and corporate governance.
Experience conducting investigations and managing sensitive information.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior management and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive ethics programs and policies.
Conduct ethics training and workshops for employees across all levels.
Advise management on ethical issues and implications of business decisions.
Investigate reports of unethical conduct and recommend corrective actions.
Serve as a confidential point of contact for employees to report ethics violations.
Monitor compliance with ethical standards and report on outcomes.
Facilitate ethical decision-making processes within the organization.
Review and update the code of ethics as necessary to address emerging issues.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and human resource departments to align ethics with overall company policies.
