Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Must be willing to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the forensic sector, including law enforcement agencies, forensic labs, and universities.
Understand and stay up-to-date with the latest forensic equipment and technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Perform product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to ensure they understand the features and benefits of the equipment.
Work collaboratively with the product development team to provide feedback and insights from the market to inform future product enhancements and developments.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote products and build a strong professional network.
Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high levels of service.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to help manage inventory and inform strategic planning.
