Summary of the Role
A Senior Mental Health Technician is a specialized healthcare professional with extensive experience in providing support to individuals with mental health conditions. This role involves working closely with psychiatric patients to help manage their treatment plans, provide therapeutic support, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment. Candidates are expected to have a deep understanding of mental health care practices and be skilled in crisis intervention.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
Previous experience in a psychiatric setting is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead and train junior staff.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities
