Summary of the Role
As an Automotive Simulation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and utilizing simulation models to analyze and predict the performance, efficiency, and safety of automotive components and systems. You will collaborate with design and engineering teams to refine vehicle design and enhance the driving experience.
Required Skills

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
2-5 years of experience in automotive simulation or related field
Proficiency with simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB/Simulink, or equivalent)
Understanding of vehicle dynamics, powertrain systems, and electronic control systems
Experience with model-based design and system-level validation
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
Design and develop simulation models to predict the behavior of automotive systems
Validate and calibrate simulation results with real-world testing data
Work closely with engineers to integrate simulations into the overall vehicle development process
Analyze simulation data to recommend design modifications and optimizations
Develop new simulation techniques and processes to improve simulation accuracy and efficiency
Assist in the creation of technical reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure simulations meet all necessary requirements and regulations
