Qualifications

Proven academic or internship experience in a laboratory setting
Strong understanding of molecular biology, cell biology, and genetic engineering
Familiar with laboratory techniques such as PCR, gel electrophoresis, and microscopy
Ability to interpret scientific literature and contribute to research planning
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and execution of laboratory experiments
Collect, analyze, and interpret research data
Maintain accurate records of experiments and outcomes
Contribute to the writing of research papers, grants, and protocols
Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives
