Summary of the Role
As a Senior Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies that foster a diverse and inclusive work environment. You will work closely with senior leadership and HR teams to assess current practices, recommend improvements, and implement initiatives that promote equality, diversity, and inclusive excellence within the organization.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role focused on diversity and inclusion, organizational development, or a similar field
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity and inclusion programs and strategies
Experience facilitating training on diversity and inclusion topics
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations related to diversity and inclusion in the workplace
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to influence and engage with senior-level executives
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of the organization's diversity and inclusion initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement
Design and implement strategic plans to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace
Facilitate training and workshops to educate employees on diversity and inclusion topics
Collaborate with HR to integrate diversity and inclusion strategies into recruitment, retention, and employee development programs
Serve as an advisor and resource to leadership on issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Monitor and report on the progress of diversity and inclusion initiatives, providing data-driven analysis to leadership
Stay informed on the latest trends, research, and best practices in the field of diversity and inclusion
Develop and manage relationships with external diversity and inclusion organizations and thought leaders
