Familiarity with global cosmetic regulations such as FDA, EU Cosmetic Regulation, and other international cosmetic regulatory bodies.
Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards for cosmetics.
Demonstrated ability to manage product registrations and compliance documentation.
Proven track record of successful interaction with regulatory authorities.
Responsibilities
Monitor and interpret global cosmetic regulations and guidelines.
Guide cosmetic product development teams on regulatory requirements for product formulation, packaging, and labeling.
Prepare and maintain product registrations and documentation for domestic and international markets.
Coordinate with regulatory agencies and internal teams to address any compliance issues.
Develop and implement regulatory strategies for new and existing products.
Perform compliance audits and risk assessments for current and new products.
Educate and train company staff on regulatory changes and best practices.
Participate in industry associations and regulatory forums related to cosmetics regulation.
