Summary of the Role
As a Head and Neck Surgeon, the candidate will be required to specialize in surgeries of the head and neck regions, dealing with complex procedures including oncologic surgery, trauma, congenital, and reconstructive surgery. The successful applicant will lead a team of surgeons and medical professionals, providing expert surgical care while also participating in research and teaching responsibilities.

Qualifications
Medical Degree from an accredited institution with board certification in Otolaryngology.
Valid state medical license and credentialing are required.
Completion of fellowship in head and neck surgical oncology.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in head and neck surgery post-residency or fellowship training.
Proven track record of leading surgical teams and managing complex cases.
Experience in academic medicine and teaching surgical residents is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Performing advanced head and neck surgeries, including but not limited to oncologic, reconstructive, and trauma-related procedures.
Leading and managing a team of surgeons, residents, and medical staff to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
Providing expert guidance on treatment plans and surgical options for patients.
Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss case management and treatment approaches.
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining meticulous records of surgeries and patient outcomes.
Mentoring and training surgical residents and fellows in head and neck surgery techniques and patient care.
Contributing to research studies and clinical trials relevant to the field of head and neck surgery.
Maintaining current knowledge of industry trends, techniques, and advancements in head and neck surgery.
