An Intellectual Property Attorney is responsible for advising and representing clients in matters related to intellectual property law, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. They work to protect clients' IP assets, negotiate licensing agreements, and litigate in IP disputes.

Qualifications

Experience with IP litigation and dispute resolution.
Responsibilities
Advise clients on various aspects of IP law, including patentability, infringement, and compliance.
Prepare and prosecute patent applications to obtain patents for clients.
Conduct intellectual property due diligence for corporate transactions or investments.
Negotiate and draft licensing agreements and other IP contracts.
Represent clients in IP disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
Perform IP asset management and strategy development for clients.
Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals on multi-disciplinary teams.
