Qualifications

Ability to work sensitively and effectively with diverse families.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement educational programs and activities aimed at supporting parents in their role.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to parents regarding child development, positive discipline, and family dynamics.
Facilitate group workshops and discussions on various parenting topics.
Assess family needs and create individualized family support plans.
Coordinate with other professionals and organizations to provide comprehensive support services to families.
Keep accurate records of interactions with families and monitor progress.
Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in child development and parenting education.
