Responsibilities
Provide expert legal advice on real estate transactions and negotiations.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents pertaining to real estate.
Represent the interests of clients in court, arbitration, or mediation sessions.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and legal proceedings.
Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services.
Keep abreast of changes in real estate law and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
Advise clients on zoning, development, and land use issues.
Assist in due diligence processes in real estate acquisitions and disposals.
Manage and mitigate legal risks by designing and implementing comprehensive strategies.
Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff.
