2-5 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
Proven ability to diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders.
Experience facilitating group therapy and support sessions.
Knowledge of and experience with diverse therapeutic models and interventions.
Responsibilities
Conduct intake assessments to determine the nature and extent of clients' mental health concerns.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions that are tailored to the clients' mental health conditions.
Regularly evaluate and document clients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to mental health care.
Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.
Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and regulations governing mental health practice.
