Ability to use advanced cardiac imaging and diagnostic tools.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic tests and procedures, such as echocardiograms, stress tests, and angiograms, to identify patients' heart conditions.
Conduct interventional procedures, including angioplasty, stent insertion, and valvuloplasty, to treat blocked arteries and other heart-related issues.
Consult with patients to provide comprehensive cardiovascular care, including risk assessment, lifestyle changes, and medication management.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop tailored treatment plans for patients with complex cardiac conditions.
Stay current with the latest advancements in interventional cardiology to incorporate new techniques and technologies into patient care.
Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency situations requiring interventional cardiology expertise.
Educate patients and their families about heart health, procedural details, and post-operative care.
