Summary of the Role
As a Compliance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet all regulations and standards relevant to our industry. You will work closely with engineering, product management, and legal teams to help navigate the complex landscape of product compliance and to mitigate risks associated with non-compliance.

Familiarity with ISO standards, CE marking, FDA regulations, or other relevant regulatory frameworks.
Experience with risk management and compliance assessments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Review and interpret regulations and standards to determine relevant requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Assess product design and documentation for compliance with applicable regulations.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external agencies for certifications and assessments.
Facilitate communication between project teams and regulatory bodies.
Develop and implement compliance training for staff.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
Document compliance processes and prepare reports for senior management.
