Seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Agricultural Drone Pilot to manage and operate UAVs for various agricultural purposes including crop monitoring, field analysis, and precision farming techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agrotechnology, remote sensing, and flight operations in a farm setting.

Qualifications
Proven experience as an Agricultural Drone Pilot or in a similar role operating UAVs in an agricultural setting.
FAA Part 107 certified or equivalent certification for operating UAVs.
Extensive knowledge of agricultural practices and precision agriculture technologies.
Familiarity with UAV hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets from UAV flights.
Strong command of GPS and GIS technologies related to agriculture.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Knowledge of crop science and field agronomy is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Perform routine UAV flights over agricultural lands to collect data on crop health, irrigation, and field conditions.
Analyze aerial imagery and data to provide insights for precision agriculture practices.
Configure and maintain UAV equipment, including sensors and cameras, ensuring they are operational for all flights.
Stay current with regulations and ensure compliance with all aviation and safety standards.
Develop and maintain flight operation protocols and safety procedures.
Train other staff on UAV operation and data analysis techniques.
Collaborate with agronomists and farm managers to implement UAV technology into farm management systems.
Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on UAV data to optimize crop yields and reduce inputs.
Assist in the development and improvement of UAV applications for agriculture.
