Responsibilities
Develop and implement soil health management plans based on environmental assessments.
Conduct soil sampling and analysis to identify nutrient deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
Lead research projects focused on soil improvement and sustainable agricultural practices.
Collaborate with farmers, agronomists, and other stakeholders to promote soil conservation.
Analyze data and prepare technical reports and presentations to disseminate findings.
Train and supervise junior technicians and support staff.
Stay current with innovations in soil science and incorporate best practices into soil health programs.
