Responsibilities
Coordinate the scheduling of tutoring sessions for students across various subjects
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of tutors
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tutoring sessions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tutoring activities
Liaise with faculty and other staff to ensure alignment with academic goals
Communicate regularly with students and parents to provide updates on progress
Develop and implement strategies to improve the tutoring program
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise within the tutoring program
