The Executive Facilitator will play a key role in supporting executive teams by managing logistics, facilitating meetings, and ensuring efficient communication among senior leaders. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and arrange executive meetings, including venue selection, agenda distribution, and minutes taking.
Assist with the preparation of presentation materials and reports for executive teams.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Act as a liaison between the executive team and other staff members.
Manage executive calendars and scheduling to optimize time management.
Support the executive team in travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
Facilitate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team.
Monitor and report on the progress of executive-led initiatives and projects.
