Summary of the Role
As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences for a diverse range of learners. You will apply instructional design theories and practices to design educational products that are both pedagogically sound and user-friendly. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, multimedia specialists, and project managers to deliver innovative learning solutions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design or educational content development.
Experience with eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
Understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM standards.
Ability to analyze and apply data to inform design decisions.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify the learning needs of the target audience.
Design and develop instructional materials, such as course outlines, instructional strategies, and assessment tools.
Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models to create effective learning experiences.
Prototype and iterate on educational products, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and users.
Use various tools and technologies to create interactive and engaging instructional content.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning experiences and make improvements as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in learning technologies and instructional design.
