Summary of the Role
As a senior Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through complex corporate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other business restructuring. You will leverage your extensive experience in financial modeling, deal structuring, and negotiation to deliver value and seamless integration for stakeholders.

Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of M&A transactions.
Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Certified M&A Advisor (CM&AA) or similar professional designation is advantageous.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and closing.
Develop comprehensive financial models to evaluate deal implications and advise clients on strategy.
Coordinate with legal, tax, and financial experts to ensure a holistic approach to deal-making.
Conduct market research and identify potential acquisition targets or interested buyers.
Facilitate communication and negotiation between all parties involved in the transaction.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor post-merger integration and performance against expected outcomes.
Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in M&A.
