Summary of the Role
As an Operating Room Nurse at our healthcare facility, you will be a crucial member of the surgical team, providing care to patients during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative stages. You will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure that every surgical procedure is conducted safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
Prepare operating rooms with necessary surgical equipment and supplies.
Ensure strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control policies.
Assist in patient positioning, anesthesia, and preparation for surgery.
Monitor patient vital signs and condition throughout the procedure.
Provide assistance to the surgical team during operations.
Collaborate with other nursing staff to deliver postoperative care and instructions.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Educate patients and their families about preoperative and postoperative care.
