Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards management.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designations preferred.
Strong knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis processes.
Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale compensation and benefits projects.
Understanding of various benefits administration platforms and HRIS systems.
Experience with global compensation and mobility a plus.
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven leadership and project management abilities.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies.
Conduct market analyses and benchmarking to ensure compensation and benefits are competitive.
Manage compensation and benefits plan design, cost analysis, and budgeting.
Lead the communication and education of total rewards programs to employees.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
Collaborate with HRIS to optimize the use of technology in managing total rewards.
Participate in salary surveys and analyze survey data to determine competitiveness.
Advise leadership on trends and best practices in total rewards.
Customize total rewards programs to fit diverse workforce needs.
Oversee and mentor junior team members in the effective management of rewards programs.
