Responsibilities
Provide basic patient care and treatments, such as wound dressing, blood administration, and taking vital signs
Assist with patient examinations and the preparation of patients for various procedures
Discuss treatment plans and explain medication regimens to patients and their families
Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of all patient information
Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
Monitor patients for changes in condition and report any variations to the healthcare team
