Summary of the Role
The Roadside Assistance Coordinator is responsible for managing emergency services for vehicles that have experienced a breakdown, accident, or any issue that renders them inoperable on the road. This role involves communicating with clients, dispatching service vehicles, and ensuring quick and effective assistance.

6+ months of experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to use dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
Responsibilities
Respond to incoming emergency calls and service requests from customers needing roadside assistance.
Coordinate dispatch of rescue and repair service vehicles to the incident location.
Provide customers with information and reassurance during stressful situations.
Keep accurate records of incidents, actions taken and services provided.
Communicate with service providers to ensure prompt arrival and service delivery.
Monitor the progress of assistance and provide updates to customers.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local roadways, traffic issues, and service provider availability.
