Responsibilities
Analyze, design, and revise telecommunications systems to improve efficiency and performance.
Work with various telecommunication technologies including VoIP, SIP, mobile networks, and traditional telephony systems.
Monitor telecommunications systems regularly to ensure their uninterrupted operation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess their communication needs and provide telecommunications solutions.
Develop and maintain telecommunications documentation and procedures.
Handle telecommunications incidents and troubleshooting procedures.
Recommend system enhancements including the installation of new equipment or services.
