Summary of the Role
The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's employee compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures that the total rewards packages are competitive, sustainable, and align with the company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment laws related to compensation and benefits.
Experience with HRIS and compensation management software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
Design and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to align total rewards strategies with business goals.
Oversee the administration of salary, bonus, and equity programs.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
Manage the communication of compensation and benefits information to employees.
Lead the evaluation of jobs and the application of existing job classifications to individuals.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Compensation and Benefits Management Systems.
Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Work closely with the finance and HR teams to forecast budget and control costs related to employee compensation and benefits.
