Summary of the Role
A seasoned Bioanalytical Chemist is responsible for conducting complex bioanalytical experiments and analyzing biological samples to support pharmaceutical development and chemical research. This role involves the use of advanced analytical techniques to quantify drugs, metabolites, and biomarkers in biological matrices.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in chromatography and mass spectrometry, particularly with LC-MS/MS.
Proven track record of method development and validation in a GLP-regulated environment.
Experience with biological sample handling and preparation techniques.
Familiarity with regulatory guidance and requirements for bioanalytical methods (FDA, EMA, etc.).
Responsibilities
Develop and validate new bioanalytical methods for drug and biomarker analysis.
Perform sample preparation and analysis using techniques such as HPLC, LC-MS/MS, and ELISA.
Interpret and report data, ensuring quality control and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support preclinical and clinical studies.
Lead project teams and mentor junior chemists in analytical techniques and best practices.
Stay updated on new analytical methodologies and implement them to improve assay performance and throughput.
Troubleshoot and solve complex analytical problems.
Prepare and review technical documents, including method validation reports, study reports, and SOPs.
