Summary of the Role
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will support senior consultants in sourcing and placing top talents for various organizations across multiple sectors. You will learn to manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to placement, while delivering a high level of client service.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment strategies.
Proficiency in using job boards, social media, and other candidate sourcing tools.
Good interviewing skills.
Effective negotiation and client service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software.
Time management and decision-making abilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.

Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, collaborating with senior consultants to understand client needs and job specifications.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and provide feedback to both parties.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activity is tracked.
Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, and their work culture.
Assist in negotiating terms and conditions of employment with candidates.
Participate in recruiting events and career fairs to network with potential candidates and promote employer brands.
Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
