Summary of the Role
We are looking for a talented and organized Junior Event Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and management of events from conception through to completion. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about working with various clients and events (e.g. conferences, seminars, weddings, and corporate events).

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or related field is preferred.
Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Responsibilities
Assist with the planning and organization of events of varying sizes.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event spaces.
Help manage event set-up, tear down, and follow-ups.
Support the event manager in all aspects of event preparation.
Handle event logistics, including guest lists and venue management.
Contribute to the creation of event proposals and presentations.
Assist with budget management and expense tracking.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and event attendees.
Help to ensure each event is compliant with health and safety regulations.
