Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.
Strong understanding of network security, identity, and access management (IAM), and encryption technologies.
Experience with security incident response and threat intelligence.
Responsibilities
Analyze the current cloud infrastructure and security measures in place.
Design cloud security architectures that align with the organization's security policies and compliance requirements.
Implement and manage security controls and governance processes for cloud environments.
Work closely with IT and development teams to integrate security into the DevOps processes.
Conduct risk assessments and security audits of cloud environments.
Collaborate with vendors and cloud service providers to ensure secure cloud services.
Lead the response to security incidents and breaches within cloud environments.
Stay current with emerging security threats and technologies affecting cloud services.
Provide security expertise and guidance to diverse teams within the company.
Mentor junior security staff and contribute to the development of security best practices.
