Responsibilities
Lead the e-discovery process, including the collection, processing, review, and production of electronic data in accordance with legal standards.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on the use of litigation support software and tools.
Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to develop and implement advanced strategies for complex litigation matters.
Train and mentor junior litigation support staff on best practices and procedural efficiencies.
Manage timelines and ensure compliance with court deadlines for all phases of the litigation process.
Monitor and ensure the quality and accuracy of data productions, and prepare analytical reports for legal teams.
Liaise with IT departments, external vendors, and consultants to coordinate technical aspects of litigation support.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of litigation support and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
