Summary of the Role
As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing salary structures and compensation strategies to ensure our organization remains competitive and equitable in the market. You will be tasked with analyzing compensation data within the organization and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, company policies, and business strategies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
In-depth knowledge of HR and compensation principles, laws and best practices.
Experience with HRIS and compensation management software.
Responsibilities
Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.
Analyze job positions to determine classification and salary.
Collaborate with HR partners and department managers to create a consistent compensation philosophy.
Monitor and analyze trends in compensation and make recommendations for adjustments.
Prepare statistical analysis, data modeling, and costing of pay structures.
Manage salary surveys and analyze salary survey data to determine competitiveness both internally and externally.
Provide advice on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.
Guide leadership on compensation-related decisions, including promotions, offers, and reorganizations.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
