Summary of the Role
As a senior reliability engineer, you will be responsible for leading efforts to ensure the reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems. You will collaborate with project teams and departments to enhance the lifecycle of products and systems, advocating for reliability-centered design and maintenance. Your expertise in reliability engineering and analysis will drive improvements in processes and design, helping to achieve the company's objectives for quality, cost-effectiveness, and product excellence.

Familiarity with industry standards for reliability and maintainability.
Proven track record of leading successful reliability programs.
Experience with statistical analysis software and reliability databases.
Responsibilities
Lead reliability-centered maintenance and design practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify potential reliability issues and define mitigation strategies.
Design and implement condition-based and predictive maintenance strategies.
Evaluate engineering design and changes for reliability implications and provide recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
Develop and maintain reliability test plans and drive root cause analysis for failures.
Guide engineering teams in best practices for reliability and risk management.
Utilize statistical tools and data analysis for continuous reliability improvements.
Manage life-cycle reliability predictions and assess field data to improve product reliability.
Lead technical reliability reviews and reliability program milestones.
