Responsibilities
Conduct detailed inspections of tracks, rail beds, culverts, and associated structures for signs of wear, corrosion, and other defects.
Document and report any track abnormalities or damages to relevant authorities for immediate action.
Use specialized equipment to measure track alignment, gauge, and elevation.
Work closely with maintenance crews to prioritize and schedule repairs and track renewals.
Update and maintain accurate records of track conditions and inspection findings.
Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations during inspections.
Collaborate with engineers and other professionals on projects to improve track infrastructure.
