Responsibilities
Provide patient care in accordance with healthcare facility policies and standards of nursing practice.
Travel to assigned healthcare facilities and adapt quickly to new settings, procedures, and teams.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate nursing care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, and monitor responses.
Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential patient records.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care coordination.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and home care needs.
Supervise junior nurses and other healthcare staff, providing mentorship and training as needed.
Stay informed about the latest healthcare practices, techniques, and regulations.
Handle emergency situations with professionalism and in accordance with facility protocol.
