Responsibilities

Structure deals, negotiate terms, and manage the investment process from initial screening to closing.
Work closely with portfolio companies to provide strategic guidance, operational support, and mentorship, helping them to achieve their business objectives.
Represent the firm in the venture capital community by attending industry events, speaking at conferences, and participating in panel discussions.
Monitor investment portfolios and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.
Identify exit opportunities for portfolio companies and manage the divestment process effectively.
