Summary of the Role
As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing mental health services and support to individuals and communities. You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat behavioral health issues, using a variety of therapeutic techniques and personalized care plans.

Qualifications
Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Counselor, or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years' direct clinical experience in behavioral health or mental health services.
Strong understanding of behavioral health disorders, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices.
Experience with electronic health records and telehealth platforms preferred.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social services, and community agencies to coordinate care.
Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide psychoeducation to clients and families.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Promote mental health awareness and contribute to community outreach programs.
Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
