Summary of the Role
As a Senior Critical Care Nurse Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in the intensive care unit (ICU), providing advanced nursing care to critically ill patients. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality and evidence-based care, manage complex patient conditions, and be a leader within the nursing staff.

Qualifications
Current state license as a Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in critical care.
Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited educational program.
Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Critical Care Nurse Practitioner.
At least 5 years of clinical experience in a critical care setting.
Demonstrated leadership skills and an ability to make complex clinical decisions.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Responsibilities

Implement treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes.
