Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
CFA designation or progress towards CFA is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth industry research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and market trends.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate potential investments and forecast financial performance.
Participate in the due diligence process by analyzing a target company's business, financials, and market position.
Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and other documentation to support investment decisions.
Work with management teams of portfolio companies to drive value creation initiatives.
Monitor and report on the performance of portfolio investments, and recommend strategies for improvement.
Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to execute transactions and support the deal process.
Perform valuation analysis using various methodologies such as DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis.
