Certification in Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS) or equivalent is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance on claims processes and assist clients with claim submissions when losses occur.
Collaborate with underwriters and other insurance professionals to design and modify insurance products for the agricultural market.
Deliver presentations and training sessions on crop insurance products to stakeholders including farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and lenders.
Analyze market data to identify trends and new opportunities for crop insurance sales.
Ensure compliance with federal and state insurance regulations and guidelines.
