Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-Learning development or a similar role.
Proven track record of developing successful e-Learning courses and materials.
In-depth knowledge of e-Learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-Learning standards such as SCORM and xAPI.
Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of innovative e-learning solutions that meet educational objectives and align with the company's goals.
Conduct needs analyses with stakeholders to determine learning requirements and appropriate digital solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, graphic designers, and IT specialists, to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
Utilize multimedia and interactive elements to enhance the learner's experience and knowledge retention.
Ensure content is accessible and complies with industry standards including SCORM, xAPI, and WCAG.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning programs and make recommendations for improvements.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in e-learning technology and pedagogy and apply best practices to course development.
Mentor and assist junior developers in e-Learning methodologies and best practices.
