As a Senior Telecom Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and managing telecommunications systems and services, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Familiarity with telecommunications regulations and standards
Certifications in telecommunications or networking like CCNA, PMP are a plus
Responsibilities
Analyze and design telecommunication systems to meet the organization's needs
Manage telecommunications projects, from conceptualization to implementation and maintenance
Evaluate and recommend new telecommunications technology and upgrades
Collaborate with IT and network staff to ensure alignment with the overall technology strategy
Monitor and manage telecom expenses and contracts to optimize costs
Provide technical guidance and support during system outages or disruptions
Prepare and present reports on telecom systems' performance and issues to upper management
Develop and maintain telecommunications policies and procedures
Plan and manage the installation, operation, and maintenance of telecom equipment
