Summary of the Role
The Nurse Educator is responsible for designing and delivering educational programs and materials for nursing staff to improve patient care, update clinical skills, and facilitate professional growth. This role involves working closely with nursing staff and healthcare providers to assess learning needs, implement training initiatives, and evaluate outcomes.

Responsibilities
