Bachelor's degree in Film, Communication, or related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience in video production or related field.

Strong understanding of the technical aspects of video production, including camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.
Experience with directing and production management.
Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge and application of video industry trends and techniques.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when necessary.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage video project scope and production timelines.
Collaborate with creative teams to concept and pitch video ideas and storyboards.
Coordinate logistics for video shoots, including location, talent, and crew.
Direct video shoots and provide clear guidance to video production teams.
Oversee post-production efforts, including editing, sound mixing, and color correction.
Maintain equipment and manage technical aspect of filming.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure video content aligns with brand and business objectives.
Conduct interviews and coach on-camera talent for promotional materials.
Ensure final video products are delivered on time and within budget.
Implement feedback and revisions from stakeholders to refine video content.
