As a Senior Cruise Director, you are responsible for overseeing the entire passenger entertainment experience on a cruise ship. Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and direct all onboard entertainment and activity programs.
Manage and lead the cruise staff in providing excellent customer service.
Liaise with different departments to coordinate the scheduling of events and activities.
Address and resolve guest concerns and feedback with professionalism.
Ensure all events adhere to the highest safety and quality standards.
Keep abreast of industry trends and introduce innovative entertainment options.
Oversee the budget for entertainment and activities.
Represent the cruise line at various events and functions.
Develop and maintain relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.
