Summary of the Role
As a Wellness Program Director, you will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and management of wellness programs aimed at improving employee health and wellbeing. Your role will involve leading a team of wellness professionals, establishing and maintaining partnerships with healthcare providers and vendors, and continuously evaluating the effectiveness of wellness initiatives.

Experience in data analysis and using data to inform programmatic decisions.
